Day 9: Amunì compà, Uma & Marco race to Sicily!: 30.9km from Châtillion to Pont-Saint-Martin

The route:
Day 9, April 29, 2025: A short, challenging stage down the Aosta Valley. Bright blue skies and snow-capped peaks provide a magnificent backdrop. We pass through rustic villages like Verrès and Arnad, past the imposing Fort Bard, and reach today's destination, Pont-Saint-Martin. Here, we found a cool spot at a simple campsite.
Good? Bad? Ugly?
The bars along the route keep getting better ☕️. The density of old Fiat Pandas is striking. If I were a car, I'd probably drive one just like this. Unfortunately, not the 4x4 version—but still 😎
A total distance of 30.9km and 149 meters of elevation.
