Day 28: Amunì compà, Uma & Marco race to Sicily!: 36km from San Quirico to Acquapendente

The route:

A steep, tough climb to Radicofani began in drizzle and a gusty wind. Frozen and pissed off, we took a warming cornetti break in the village bar, and then—wonder of the world—we descended lightly (well, sort of) and in high spirits, enjoying a fantastic view of the last stretch of Tuscany.

Today's destination, Acquapendente, is already in the province of Lazio.

Tonight we'll be staying at a rustic agriturismo with Massimo and Karim, who will also cook for us!
And it looks like a surprise guest will be visiting us on the way from Zurich to Caltagirone.
