The route:

Day 7 of April 27, 2025, begins in Aigle and leads along the Rhone to Saint-Maurice and finally to Martigny.

Good? Bad? Ugly?

A short but no less strenuous stage along the Rhone on the pilgrimage route, the Via Francigena.

Today we were lucky enough to have a nice companion throughout the entire run. André cycled from Sion to Aigle and then kept us entertained all the way to Martigny. The encounter with the snake wasn't planned, though!

A total distance of 30km and 145 meters of elevation.
